As we look ahead to the upcoming academic year, there are many exciting opportunities on the horizon. One area that we are particularly excited about is performance opportunities for children. From plays to musicals to talent shows, there are so many ways for children to showcase their skills and talents.
Not only do they provide a chance for children to develop their confidence and skills, but they also encourage creativity and self-expression. In today's world, where technology often takes center stage, it's more important than ever to provide opportunities for children to connect with others and express themselves in meaningful ways.
Within the primary school and secondary school, students can audition for the chance to participate in a LAMDA qualification.
LAMDA is the oldest drama school in the UK. They started to offer examinations in speech and drama to the public over 130 years ago. As well as a tangible qualification, ultimately, it is a sense of achievement that empowers the learner. Succeeding in a LAMDA Examinations demonstrates not only that they have met rigorous Assessment Criteria in a particular discipline, but also that they have grown as individuals through participating in a worthwhile activity that is respected as a global standard.
